Warranty policy

 

1. quality problem

1). within 7 days after receiving package.

Buyer can send an email to sale@obdok.com and return the items to seller's assigned address by EMS or Post. If we can not repair, we will exchange a new one (Items must be in new condition with original package and accessories). We will pay return shipping cost for the buyer.

 

2). within 15 days to 1 year after receiving package.

Buyer can return the items to assigned address by EMS or Post for repairing, we will repair it. The buyer should pay shipping cost for return.

 

3). beyond 1 year after receiving package

Buyer can return the items to assigned address by EMS or Post for repairing, and we will repair it for you, but you should pay shipping cost for return and we will also charge you repairing fee.

 

2. Lost in the delivery

If it is in 30 days after shipping, the buyer can submit a proof to us, we will contact carrier to ask for Claimant and arrange another shipment to buyer. You do not need to add extra money for shipping.

 

3. Customs Problem

If it is in 30 days after shipping, buyer should finish customs clearance when importing,                                we will try to help buyer to finish customs clearance but not responsible on this.

 

4. Delivery Problems:

If the package is broken by carrier when receiving package, buyer should report to Seller,and sumbit Complaint to Carrier (DHL,TNT,UPS,EMS,etc..) in 7 days to get a Complaint  number and send the number to Seller. After the seller's perpmit,return the full package in good condition to assigned  address by EMS or Post.  

Caution: The Carrier will not accept  Complaint after 7 days.

We ask for compensation as per the Complaint number from Carrier ,not responsible for any losses after 7 days.

 

5. Received wrong Items

It it is within 3 days after receiving package, buyer can report to Seller, and return the full package in good condition to assigned address by EMS or Post in 3 days, we will arrange shipment for the correct items, and buyer no need to pay shipping cost.

 

6. Man-made Damage

Buyer can report to Seller, and return the items for repairing to assigned address by EMS or Post, but the buyer should pay shipping cost for returning.
